Summary

The Whizzo Chocolate Company produce exclusive branded chocolates for customers from other companies who wish to advertise using chocolates with their own logo. Whizzo only use Swiss chocolate combined with ingredients sourced from all over the world. Their current products are Crunchy Frog, Spring Surprise and Ram’s Bladder Cup which are produced on three production lines, each with a different production time. Production only begins when the order is received, as they don’t have the storage capacity to keep a larger stock. The company need help with order taking and production line procedures to raise efficiency. They need a program which helps them to keep track of their customers and also an online order form, so customers will be able to type in the orders for themselves.
